Counselling for Anxiety, Depression and Life Challenges in Glasgow and Online.
A supportive and practical counselling approach to help you understand what’s coming up and move forward.
Let’s talk.
Hello.
I’m Michael.
I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an integrative counsellor based in Glasgow.
My approach combines elements of:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Transactional Analysis
• Person-centred therapy
This allows therapy to adapt to each individual rather than following a rigid model.
It’s important that everyone who approaches my practice is treated with respect and honesty. I work with those who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties and situations. Counselling allows us to explore and understand ourselves and work towards new ways of coping while improving our overall wellbeing in an environment where we feel safe and supported.
Qualifications:
SCOTACS-Diploma in Counselling & Group work
Foundation Certificate in Transactional Analysis
Certificate in Counselling Skills
Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists (BACP)
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Public Health Scotland
